Kate's first workouts began in ballet school, when she was 10 years old. Her passion for dance was closely connected to her future fitness profession. Later she worked as a group instructor and personal trainer in various fitness clubs. She is an author of group fitness programs for women: "Bodydance" and "Fitnessballet" approved by sports doctors and choreographers. In her approach to personal training she extensively uses her own ballet experience.
Applying various training methods she encourages her clients to reach their specific goals and make their everyday life healthier and more graceful.
